- PROCESS CONTROL AND AUTOMATION SYSTEM
Years of experience in process control automation engineering, including FAT, commissioning, and site services across diverse industries such as pulp & paper, oil & gas, mining, and power generation. We specialize in the design and application engineering of DCS, PLC, HMI, SCADA, RTU, monitoring systems, IoT/IIoT solutions, and various communication protocols, including Modbus, Profibus, and OPC.
We collaborate with leading automation brands, including Valmet-DNA, Allen-Bradley, Honeywell, Siemens, Wonderware, T-Box, Matrikon, Kepware, and Wellintech. Our services extend to both local markets and international clients across Asia, Europe, and Latin America. APPLICATION AND SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT
Our team of application developers possesses extensive expertise in designing, building, and developing web and mobile applications. We are well-versed in a variety of framework, native programming languages, and databases, including Laravel, CodeIgniter, Flutter, Java, JavaScript, .NET Core, Node.js, C#, C++, VB, PHP, Vue.js, etc.
We adhere to the highest standards of development operations by implementing DevOps practices and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) methods. Source code security checks are rigorously performed before deployment. As a key support function for our application developers, our dedicated infrastructure team has the expertise and experience to build, configure, and maintain cloud servers across third-party data centers such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Additionally, we have the capability to set up and manage on-premises servers as well. XVAutomation is currently in the process of registering as a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) partner and Amazon Web Services (AWS) partner.
To ensure a smooth and reliable development process, we provide three distinct servers—development, staging, and production—as part of our standard infrastructure in the process of application development. These servers enable comprehensive unit testing, integration testing, and internal user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee a seamless and successful deployment. - INTEGRATING AUTOMATION AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
